Terms & Conditions

Studio Policy

At our Beauty & Wellness Studio, we strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for our clients and staff. To ensure the highest level of safety and service, we have a few policies in place.

No guests, children, mobile devices, or pets are allowed in the treatment area due to cross-contamination and interruption. We also ask that all clients please remain respectful and understand that the artist must focus on their procedure. We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including if we believe the client is exhibiting signs of visible sickness.

At Evoke Ink, we take the health of our clients and staff very seriously. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to an infectious illness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment with us. Our policy emphasizes the importance of preventing the spread of infection. We kindly ask that you do not attend the studio if you have a fever, a cold, or any other contagious illness. We encourage you to reschedule your appointment promptly, as per our policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Deposits

At Evoke Ink, we require a deposit to book an appointment. This is a retainer fee that reserves the artist's time, and will be applied towards the balance of your service on the day of your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Cancelation Policy

Same-day cancellations and NO SHOWS will get charged 100% of the scheduled service price. NO EXCEPTIONS. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  We require a valid credit card to reserve your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us to cancel or reschedule in advance. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Rescheduling Policy

At our studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Appointments can always be rescheduled, however deposits are only transferable to another date up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule within the 72 hour grace period an additional deposit will be required- NO EXCEPTIONS. Appointments must be rescheduled at the time of your cancelation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon.

Late Policy

We take our clients' time seriously and have a strict late policy. Please arrive at your appointment on time, we understand that life can often get in the way of your beauty and wellness routine. However, we are a busy studio, and must adhere to our policy- NO EXCEPTIONS; any delay more than 15 minutes will result in your appointment being canceled and you will need to reschedule.

 

No exceptions will be made, and your deposit will not be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we must stick to our late policy in order to ensure that our other guests receive their services on time. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us ahead of time to reschedule.

Previous Permanent Makeup from Another Artist / Cover-Up Correction

To start the process, you must first get approval by sending us photos of the existing work via e-mail (team@evokeinkbeauty.com) or providing us with all information and pictures at the moment of your consultation. At our our studio, we understand the importance of getting permanent makeup right the first time. However, if you're not completely satisfied with the current results, our experienced team of artists offer corrective services to help you get the look you desire. We take a detailed, customized approach to permanent makeup corrections to ensure the best possible outcome. Our team uses client conscious techniques and high-quality pigments to ensure our clients look and feel their best. Our permanent makeup artist will assess your existing work and discuss the options to get the desired result.

 

Please note not all previous tattoos from other artists can be fixed or covered. However, we will work with you to find you the most adequate solution to help you look and feel your best.

Follow-up Session

At Evoke Ink, we highly recommend two sessions for all of our permanent makeup treatments. The first session is your initial visit and the second session is your follow-up session. This session is recommended for optimal results within 2-6 months after your initial visit. During this session, our intention is to ensure that the desired results have been achieved and that you are feeling happy, confident and satisfied. This  window of time between the first and second session is to give the body time to metabolize and heal, allowing us to see the exact tone, color, and take of the ink on your body. Everyone is unique and responds differently- in this way we can give you a most polished finalized look during the second session taking all of these individual factors into account to achieve the best possible result! Changing your Shape, Color or Technique (PMU)

Here at Evoke Ink, we understand that sometimes you may feel like changing up your look. If you decide to do another technique or change the shape, thickness or color on your follow-up or annual touch-up appointment, extra fees will be applied ($200). Also, an additional (3rd) Follow-Up Session will be required to achieve the desired results since this will be the same as doing a new procedure. We value your comfort and safety and will always take the extra steps necessary to ensure your satisfaction. We look forward to helping you achieve your desired look.

PLEASE NOTE:

At our Beauty & Wellness Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality services for every client. However, we must remind you that results may vary. We provide the same service for every client, but results will vary depending on the individual. All permanent makeup healed results can vary due to pigment retention. Pigment retention is heavily influenced by your immune system, skin type, lifestyle, medications taken, and adherence to our before and aftercare instructions. Therefore, healed results are beyond our control. Nevertheless, we do our best to ensure that each and every client is satisfied with their experience. We strive to provide the best service possible to ensure the best possible outcome.

 

Pricing varies by artist & time frame; please select the proper service, time frame and your initial artist when booking. All Follow-Up Sessions are subject to the same Deposit, Rescheduling, and Cancelation policies- NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • On-street parking is available in the surrounding blocks and will require you to use a mobile app to pay.  
     

  • Valet parking is available at the building located in front of the residential lobby for Latitude on the River, NOTE: once you go up the entrance ramp immediately take a LEFT and drive up to valet services, they will provide you with a ticket and you can take advantage of the comfort of having them do the parking for you
     

  • We recommend you using ride-share apps whenever possible to avoid needing to park, if its of more comfort to you.

The Studio

We are on the office building of Latitude on the River, which is the tower to the right side of the valet and garage entrance. Our studio is on the 11th floor, you can find us within the impeccable MedSpa facilities of Face & Body Concept, our friends and collaborators with whom we work offering you referrals for any additional wellness and enhancement treatments outside of our current scope of work.
